troveinvest is a local investment asset manager and joint venture partner. We offer access to strategic investment themes and transaction opportunities in Germany whilst seeking full alignment with our partners – aiming to support business relationships that are repeatable and scalable in the long term.

By anticipating mid-term structural changes, we actively take advantage of prospects arising from disruption, re-pricing and distressed opportunities.

  • Ulf Christiansen

    Founding and Managing Partner

    Ulf is responsible for investment strategies, transactions, and business development. During his career, he has executed real estate transactions of c. €5bn across a variety of risk spectrums covering the asset classes of retail, office, logistics, hotel and residential.

    Prior to troveinvest Ulf was a member of the Rockspring Berlin team which he joined in 2011 focused on transactions. After the sale of Rockspring to PATRIZIA in 2018, he was a managing director, head of value-add transactions and with his team responsible for initiating and delivering commercial and residential value-add strategies across Germany.

    Ulf holds a diploma in business administration and engineering (real estate) from the University of Applied Science and Arts in Holzminden.

  • Daniel Rubinstein

    Founding and Managing Partner

    Daniel is responsible for asset management strategies, ESG and business development. Throughout his career, he has managed lettings of more than 500,000sqm and repositioning capex in excess of €1bn.

    Prior to troveinvest Daniel was a member of the Rockspring Berlin team which he joined in 2005. He was heading the asset management team across all sectors and risk classes with a focus on retail warehouses, logistics and multi-let assets. After the sale of Rockspring to PATRIZIA in 2018 Daniel was a managing director in the asset management department heading a team of 20 people overseeing a retail and logistics portfolio of more than €4bn.

    Daniel completed post graduate studies at European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, as Immobilienökonom (ebs) and Corporate Real Estate Manager (ebs), and holds a bachelor´s degree in business economics from Hogeschool voor Economie en Management, Utrecht.

  • Stuart Reid

    Founding and Managing Partner

    Stuart is also responsible for investment strategies and transactions; and development management. Since 2001, he has executed real estate transactions of more than €5.5bn, ranging from developments to core investments for a variety of funds covering the retail, office, logistics and residential sectors.

    Prior to troveinvest Stuart founded the German office of Rockspring (formerly PRICOA) in Berlin in 2001. After the sale of Rockspring to PATRIZIA in 2018 he was a managing director in the real estate development team initiating and delivering commercial and residential developments and refurbishments across continental Europe.

    Stuart holds a masters in land economy from Cambridge University.
